What exactly does the platform fee cover?
Every feature: unlimited contacts, unlimited agent seats, the AI chatbot and flow builder, catalog and payment links, campaigns, the API and webhooks. Plans differ on the number of WhatsApp numbers, throughput, dedicated infrastructure and support depth — never on features.
How are message charges billed?
They draw from a prepaid wallet at Meta’s published per-message rate for the category and recipient country, itemised line by line. Email is billed on Amazon SES pass-through. We add no markup to either.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. WABA onboarding, sandbox access, template review and green tick assistance are included on every plan, including the free Sandbox tier.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no minimum commitment and no committed volume. Unused wallet balance stays yours while the account is open.
Do you charge per agent seat or per contact stored?
Neither. Seats and contacts are unlimited on every plan. Seat and contact pricing are the two things that make growing teams expensive elsewhere, so we do not charge for either.
