How much does an email cost?
Sending is billed at Amazon SES pass-through — roughly ₹0.0089 per email in ap-south-1 at July 2026 rates, plus your sendlz platform fee. There is no per-email markup and no minimum send volume.
Do you bill per contact stored?
No. Contacts are unlimited on every plan, including the free Sandbox. Contact-based pricing is why a quiet month can still produce a large invoice on a marketing suite.
Is a dedicated IP extra?
A dedicated IP with managed 30-day warm-up is included on the Scale plan. Below roughly 100K sends a month a well-warmed shared pool usually places better anyway.
Can I use my own AWS account?
Yes. We can configure SES inside your AWS account so the sending identity, reputation and bill sit with you, or run it in ours if you would rather not manage it.
What counts toward the free Sandbox tier?
