Wati is a well-built shared-inbox product, and for a two or three person support desk it is quick to learn and quick to run. That is a real strength and the reason it has the customers it has.

The cost curve is what changes as you grow. Seats are priced, so every support hire raises the subscription, and the automation most teams eventually need sits in higher tiers. There is also a vocabulary problem worth checking for yourself. Wati's pricing material still describes conversation-based billing — the model where a 24-hour conversation carried a single charge. Meta retired that on 1 July 2025 in favour of per-message billing. A provider describing the old model is not necessarily billing you incorrectly, but it tells you something about how closely their documentation tracks the platform.
