A Sinch alternative without committed volume contracts

Sinch is built for enterprise scale and enterprise procurement. The trade is annual commitments, negotiated rates and an account team between you and a change.

sendlz vs Sinch. Green marks the stronger option, including where they win.

The honest version

Sinch is built for enterprise scale, and that shows in both directions. The carrier relationships are real, the throughput is real, and if you are sending across thirty countries with an in-house messaging team, Sinch is a serious answer.

What comes with it is enterprise procurement. Annual commitments, negotiated per-account rates that you cannot check against a published list, and an account team sitting between you and any change you want to make. Teams that move to sendlz from Sinch almost never cite a missing feature — they cite the four-week lead time on a rate question and the committed volume they did not hit.

The commercial model is the inverse. Our rates are published, our contract is monthly, and there is no minimum volume, because we would rather you stay because leaving is easy than because leaving is expensive. Self-serve signup to a first approved template runs about 41 hours.

Where that trade goes against us: we offer SMS, but if you need voice, or RCS in production today, we do not offer them, and if you need carrier-grade SMS across many countries you should check our coverage against your list before you sign. Three channels done properly is the whole strategy, and it is the wrong strategy for a business that needs eight.

Buy Sinch instead if…

We would rather lose the deal than land a customer we are wrong for.

  • You need voice, or carrier-grade SMS across many countries
  • Procurement requires a single enterprise vendor of record
  • You want RCS at scale today rather than watching it

Questions on this page

Each answer is written to stand alone, so search engines and AI assistants can quote it.

Can we migrate without downtime?

Yes. Templates and flows are recreated in parallel, then the number moves in a window you choose. Median end-to-end is two to five days and migration costs nothing.

Is your comparison biased?

Every matrix is written by someone. Ours marks the rows where the other platform wins and tells you when to buy them — check each claim against their public pricing before you decide.
